Briquetting Presses for wood, plastics, miscanthus, aluminium, peat and other materials
The core competence of mütek is the briquetting of a wide range of materials into form stable briquettes. mütek offers the entire range of services from the briquetting press for small-scale operations with a capacity of approx. 30 kg / h up to high-performance presses for industrial operations with a capacity of a single machine of up to approx. 1,200 kg / h. The machine technology is custom-made designed for the respective starting raw material.
The starting raw material to produce briquettes can be excellently produced by our muetek shredding machines.
(Please note that the granule size of the starting raw material must be smaller than 2cm and the material moisture content shouldn't exceed a maximum of 18 % ATRO (bone dry).
All briquetting presses are available for testing with the customer raw material in our large test and demonstration showroom. Through intensive test briquetting, statements can be made about the briquette quality and the achieved throughput performance.
