mütek maintains a close relationship with the neighboring company and customer Karl-Schubert-Gemeinschaft. Between summer and winter 2016, 8 people with a handicap have taken the opportunity to do a multi-week internship at mütek. 

February 16, 2016 Metal separation of nails after shredding

 mütek manufactures manual and fully automatic systems for iron separation. The installed magnetic material is resistant to demagnetization and thus retains its magnetic force for a lifetime! The new magnetic trap blocks are ideal for separating nails after the shredding process. Thus, shredding / briquetting of pallets is no longer an obstacle.

12. Februar 2015 Bachelor thesis: "Briquetting foliage for energy production"

For the past six months, Benjamin Rath has been dealing with energy production from foliage and the influence of mineral components on the wear of briquette presses. As a second corrector, Markus Müller of mütek was able to evaluate the great work.

 28.01.2015 Cooperation with added value

Mütek founds the fuel trade Schwabenglut and assumes the complete briquetting marketing of the renowned piano manufacturer and customer Louis Renner. Furthermore, the project creates meaningful work for people with disabilities. Other customers can benefit from this concept!

01.01.2015 GS - Certification

mütek has certified its hydraulic briquetting press line "Type MPP" GS - and thus confirms that the high quality and safety standards are adhered to according to the product safety legislation.

24.05.2014 Hargassner Fair 2014

Around 8,000 visitors came to Hargassner's 30th anniversary. As a competent partner for the shredding and briquetting, mütek was also represented. Visitors were able to get an impression of the production line during tours of the company building. In addition, there were regular live demonstrations on topics, such as the production of chopped meat, briquetting or elephant grass / miscanthus heating.

03.12.2013 Innovation Award 2013

A great honor was given to us by the IHK Esslingen. The straw crushing and heating plant for straw-like biomass for the generation of heating energy from residual straw has culminated in one of the innovations in 2013.

01.12.2013 mütek's inhouse football team plays great football!

The newly formed mütek management team impressed by the company tournament of Schwerdtfeger. With Andreas Feiertag in goal, Michael and Markus Müller in defensive, Simon Kirschmann on the "double six", Hartmut Müller on the 10 and Helmut "Helmudinho" Ruck as striker a great 3rd place was the result. We would like to thank the external employees Timo and Oliver Koch, Alexander Kott and Andy Schumacher for the great support.

AGRITECHNICA is the largest agricultural engineering fair in Germany. With its range of leading technologies and developments, it represents a unique information forum for all problem-solving solutions in agrartechnology.

Mütek presented compact solutions for shredding and briquetting of biomass such as miscanthus, straw, foliage, wood chips, etc. The briquetting press series MPP "S", specially developed for agricultural engineering, was exhibited. The enlarged supercharging chamber allows the optimal briquetting of voluminous materials with low bulk density.

We would like to thank the numerous visitors at our AGRITECHNICA 2013 exhibition and would be pleased to welcome you back to Hannover in 2015.

Within the scope of the research cooperation with the University of Hohenheim and the Fachhochschule Rottenburg, an annual meeting / information exchange took place on the 10th and 12th of June at the Zeugen poultry farm in Reutlingen. Topics were the crushing of straw, the compaction / briquetting of wood and halm-like biomass as well as the heating with straw. Following the theoretical lectures, a practical part followed, in which the students could see the machine technology in action.

At the 'Ligna' in Hanover, mütek presented the hydraulic briquetting presses of the series MPP as well as the mechanical briquetting press series MAP. Thus, mütek covers the complete spectrum of briquetting, from a production of 30 to 1,200 kg / h. The briquetting presses can be connected to the single-shaft shredders of the MRZ series. The whole mütek team thank you for your numerous visits!
